Our Vedic ghee is made from pure A2 milk of organic pasture fed Gir cows. At our farms, the native Indian breed Gir cows are encouraged to roam freely, soak in sunlight and eat balanced nutrition fodder; all this while ensuring the calf is well-fed before milking each cow.

These cows are free from any crossbreeding and therefore are far superior to other foreign breeds. Our Gir cow Vedic Ghee is traditionally handcrafted from cultured curd and not cream, following the authentic Vedic Bilona method. This involves hand churning the milk’s curd in an earthen vessel using a wooden bilona to obtain butter which is then slowly heated over several hours on an open flame to achieve high-quality ghee. Hence, the nutritional value, aroma, and texture of Krishna’s Farms Vedic Ghee are unlike any other.
