Kodo millet is naturally grown in the Himalayan region and has been an integral part of Northern India’s cuisines for ages. Being around for 3000 years and constantly evolving, Kodo millet has survived the tough times to emerge as a drought-resistant and pest-resistant hardy crop that requires little to no pesticides/insecticides. Kodo millet or millet also referred to as "nutria-cereals”, contains a high amount of vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals containing sulfur. Kodo millet’s benefits are endless. USAGE INFO

Wash the Millet thoroughly a few times and leave to soak in water for 4-8 hours. Further they could be sprouted or fermented to make Idli / Dosa Batter etc. or boiled in water, similar to rice.

STORAGE INFO

Once the packet is opened store it in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight, to maintain their freshness.
